Southwest 48, Ave and Pembroke Road, at the Quick Stop near the library. They advised dogs tied up to, in front of a corner store, tied up in a bar in front of the door of the Quick Stop. It's one small dog made with a URQ. Per Google, the 10-20 comes back to possibly a address in Hollywood. Doesn't look aggressive. Advising one fellow.
