Radio to 124 Adam, 124 Baker. Hello. Both cars at 711 East Market Street for trouble. Caller heard a car alarm going off that's now stopped. Now hearing a group of people arguing in the parking lot. It's going to be a black male, white tank top, black female, white tank, and a larger black female wearing a black top and white shorts. They've opened the trunk of a gray vehicle, possibly a Camry.
