It's going to be 3316 Claremont Road, the old Kroger. Advise there was a white male wearing gloves, dumping items from a kid's backpack into a trash can for the Chase Bank. They advise he originally parked it off the property and tried to dump the backpack, but now he's parked on the property in a gray Honda. No further details.
