She was being followed for in connection to speeds over 100mph on the 10. Pulled in here and from what I saw made an aggressive move towards the trooper and from my vantage point looked to try to head-but him. Was on the ground by the time I walked around and was actively resisting the trooper and his uniform was a clearly pulled on. Wasn’t till Phoenix showed up and grabbed ahold of her also that she complied.

It was a traffic stop but as soon as he got cuffs on her she started loosing her biscuits and screaming about having a baby.
