The gray Ford plate is Lima, uniform, Echo 4643. Vehicle was going wrong way on 5th Avenue. They pulled into the parking lot of the 7-Eleven. Vehicle had almost hit complainant's vehicle. 1320 5th Avenue at the 7-Eleven on Hanson Street. All three at the last.
