Can you just check the area? Resident 101, River Rock Way. Called, states he heard a loud bang and saw a flash. He still has power, doesn't believe it was a transformer, was just concerned. He also said he did not believe it was in reference to the rain, any thunder or lightning. If you could just check the area, he said it sounded like it was coming from Bagley Road area.
