Information in the 3 on the juvenile complaint, Mason Avenue Apartments, 3808 South Mason Avenue, about 10 minutes ago. 4 to 5 no description subjects between ages 10 and 12 were throwing rocks and cussing at the RP. No contact, requested information only at 2144.

I think the kids in Tacoma might need a curfew. We had one where I grew up, it was local town ordinance… and it seemed to work pretty well. Under RCW 35.21.635, individual cities and towns have the legal authority to enact local curfew laws to protect public safety. Because these are municipal choices rather than statewide mandates, rules vary widely or may not exist depending on the specific town.
