That'll be at the Columbia Mall. Came in from security advising, will be at the plaza. Caller's advising that there's a male on the bench with a needle injected into his arm. Be a white male, early to late 40s, wearing a pink and white striped shirt, denim shorts and white shoes, and has glasses. Looks like they're advising that he's about to leave and has a bicycle with him at 2345. Caller's advising that they are going south on the parking lot.
