Unit 399, it's going to be East 30th and R. Robert Street. It's two vehicles blocking the red 2012 Ford Focus versus a blue four-door SUV. It looks like there's a disturbance in the background with the involved parties. It's an Asian female, 70s to 80s, 5'2", thin-build, black hair, wearing a dark blue jacket and dark blue jeans. Possibly just a language barrier between them. Did you want to second?
