4 William 4, unit to back. Trespass in progress at the Target. 4 William 4. 2 William 0. Target 13950 Northeast Mill Place. We have a Trevor calling in from loss prevention. It's a known female shoplifter. Apparently, she has been formally trespassed before. She is actively concealing electronics under a pile of clothes and then went into the dressing room. I believe that's where she is right now. No weapons, HPD or high. It's a Black female, age 29, blonde hair, unknown clothing, and apparently she does have a 10-61 with Snohomish. Target in the William 2.
