Be a Safeway downtown Turner, Bellevue Way. Subject was drinking alcohol in the store. Male in his 50s, 5'9", brown leather pants, dark colored jeans. Left the store with the alcohol without paying. Was walking eastbound out of the store towards Bellevue.
