Additional non-injury collision pending due to Generations at River Otter. We've had multiple calls. One's a witness that advised that an involved party took a bag out of a vehicle, placed it along the fence line to hide it, and then an uninvolved vehicle showed up and that person put the bag in that vehicle. The RP's concerned about possibly the subject being HPD.
