414, 411, a threat. 8 Liberty Place, 8 Liberty Place, cross streets of Church Lane, Liberty Road, apartment number 7. Says that he had a dispute with a male in front of the location, and the male threatened to shoot him. No known weapons involved, but the subject did have a backpack, black male, 30, blue shirt and jeans, and he arrived in a red Jeep SUV.
