Unit on 9 with traffic for SCC. Compton 281, boy handle 2735 JO 211 JO, 1901 West El Segundo, U.S. storage. Ex-girlfriend assaulted him inside storage and took his phone. DP wearing black shorts, black top, and was last seen walking southbound on Central from location. Informant has no obs on the DP, tac is 160.
