704 at the animal complaint, 7811 Plainville Road, off West Tennessee Road and Gates Road, the town of Lysander. It'll be behind this address. Caller stating that their neighbor, a Michael Waters, 50-year-old, white male, no teeth and no shirt, is currently hurting a dog. Claims that the neighbor is sticking its face next to his vehicle's exhaust and hitting it while it's on.
