411, a suspicious person, 245 Raymer Boulevard. Caller says a white utility van was driving down the street slowly, where children play outside. Driver was a shorter white male. That vehicle left the location last seen toward Consaul on Burger Street. The caller followed the vehicle to that location. She's now back here and wants to speak with officers. 245 Raymer Boulevard, 411.
