Charlie. It's going to be southeast 82nd Place and 378 Avenue Southeast. Sounds like it's actually two females. They're at the cross street on 378, blocking vehicles, flipping off vehicles. Apparently were dragging tree branches into the roadway a couple hours ago. No weapons, possibly HBD high or 371 issues. It's going to be a white female and a purple top. A white female in a black t-shirt and with a skateboard. Southeast 82nd Place and 378 Avenue Southeast. Copy.
