Engine 18, 88, 18, 30 Ave Northwest. Report of wires down, hit by a box truck. City Light has been notified. Be advised, the original, the caller was not on scene. It was second-hand information. We originally sent this to Southwest, which is what they told us, but after some investigation, we're actually thinking it's a Northwest address.
