It's going to be a civil, Paul 5's, 3430 East Franklin Boulevard. They're advising a customer had an order about two hours ago. They're now coming in store, wanting a refund. It's two Black females, one wearing a gray shirt and shorts, other Black tank top and denim shorts. They're inside arguing with the manager on a weapons. No further.
