Victim's going to be at the Wal-Mart, 3300 Crane Highway. He'll be in a black BMW towards the front of the parking lot. They said their vehicle was hit. A note was left on their vehicle, provided a tag number. Says either 5, David, 7, or 2 for the third character, 8301, which is unknown state. 106. 6, copy.
