09. 09. 09, units to back. It's going to be a theft. 3500 East West at the Target. Target security advised that a male stole items and he ran off. It's a number one male wearing a giant blue bag with items inside, wearing black jeans and a gray cap. He was last seen head towards the metro, possibly on the footbridge. No weapons seen, and they're not sure what he took.
