All of the units in the area of Old Wake Forest Road and Atlantic Avenue, Old Wake Forest Road and Atlantic Avenue, be on the lookout for a black Lexus SUV. 28th is Robert John Baker 559 and a silver Toyota Camry with 28th of Lincoln Lincoln Nora 6615. Both vehicles were road raging each other and spit on the caller's car. Last seen turning off of Atlantic Avenue. Caller is requesting for a T21, 10-21. Authority concern, citizen time is 17.
