12 Car Disturbance, 1336 South 30th Ave. 1336 South 30th Ave West, says White male, 30s to 40s, beard, curly hair, no shirt, wearing sandals, was being belligerent and now walking off in the alley heading northbound. Denied medical and the male told the caller he was smoking meth. No weapons dropped. Call scene.
