It's going to be a 53 with stop and rescue, stop and shop, 501 Rodman Street. It should be the right-hand side of the building in the rear of the parking lot closest to the street. There's a white male passed out near the bushes. The complainant saw a hospital bracelet on his wrist and orange sandals. He believes he's having a medical emergency but is no longer in the area.
