450 West Chippewa Avenue at Showplace 16. This was originally a call for Northwest. However, it was the wrong address. For possible theft in progress, there was a black Tahoe circling the parking lot. Looks like it was the person driving the car was trying to break into another vehicle on scene. Suspect's a male, black in his 30s, wearing sunglasses and has dreads. The victim vehicle is a Ford F-250 with a green construction wrap.
