1827 Geddes Avenue. I just came over to you. There's a male sitting in the middle of the river, appears intox. He was stumbling around prior to sitting down. The water's only a couple of feet deep. He does not appear to be in any danger. His tube's deflated and was removed by a passerby. Older white male, blue and gray shirt, gray swim trunks.
