6079, in the area of 159 East 2nd, 159 East 2nd Street, between East Utica and East Mohawk, complainant is a Kathy Harris, reporting a juvenile riding a red minibike approximately 40 miles per hour, around the block and on the sidewalk, stating it's been an ongoing issue. Complaintant does not want to speak with patrol.
