Soc, could you start for 25 and High School, reference a vehicle that's blocking this? I think it possibly slid off into the ditches over there at 25th and High School. They're stating that there's a white, older model police-type vehicle that's blocking the right lane in the street. Southwest 22, David 141, 231 for incomplete call, 1840 Miller Street. On the callback, no one answered, but the phone is owned by Emma Martin. 35.
