Emergency units, information from state patrol. Two ago, vehicle fled from a trooper heading northbound Rainier Avenue South from Southwest Grady Way. Described as a silver Buick, plate given Charles Victor Lincoln 6552. It just turned clear and valid on a silver 99 at Buick Park Avenue to Natasha out of Seattle. Driver was a Black male in his 30s. Unknown reason for the stop. They are not in pursuit, not requesting assistance. Control is clear at 1104.
