1835, 1735 South Highway 27 at the Walmart. Concerned for welfare. Gold Nissan Road with two dogs trapped inside. They're in Road 3. It's not running. All the windows are up. The dogs look to be in distress. They're panting. No food or water in the vehicle. 1238.
