Could you check this one that just came down at the Target, 3100 West 117th? The caller, Quinton Pinckney, states he sees a male in a black Kia Sorento with no plates on it. He's in the parking lot of Target. He says that he has a child in the car with him. It looks like he was nodding off, and then he got out of the car to get a diaper out of the trunk. He just says worried about him. It's a code 2. The CAD is 0394.
