Have a holding call at Tasty Pizza, 875 45th Avenue on a civil issue. Caller stating that his phone that was stolen in Minneapolis is potting in this restaurant. Has not been reported as stolen from Minneapolis and he was informed of that. Stated that if police don't come out, he will solve it himself. And upon disconnect, stated he was going to start causing trouble now.
