Can you respond to number 14, Budd Drive, for a welfare check on the operator of the Mercedes? Caller is reporting he's been having issues with the owner of that vehicle. He lives in the area. He was just driving down Alton Drive, and that vehicle swerved at a Hyundai that was in front of him and then swerved at his vehicle, almost causing him to go off the roadway.
