Taco time at 172, 11, southeast 272. Said about four to five minutes ago, there were four subjects taking copper wire from near the bus stop, I guess. No weapons were seen, and the only description was four black males that appeared to be in their late teens or early 20s. Taco time, 172, 11, southeast 272.
