People exiting that freeway always speed down the street, even with the new traffic light that was placed there for this particular reason. This is not the first time something like this happens.
The vehicle was a 200? Ford pickup. It was traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed. The time was 3:30 AM, so DUI is suspect. The deceased lived close by, so family members responded to the scene. It was a sad one. He almost made it home, but is gone forever. May he rest in peace.
