Units en route to the unknown medical problem at the intersection of West Marshville Boulevard and North Elm Street. West Marshville Boulevard and North Elm Street. All enforcement did just check on scene. The caller was a passerby. Saw they had a person in the driver's seat in the middle of the roadway. Passed out in the car. Unsure if they were intoxicated or similar.
