Okay, started out Liberty and 4th. There were four white male subjects walking westbound, destroying property, trying to fight people. They were last seen northbound on Ashley. Again, four white males, one has curly long hair, early 20s, baseball cap and blue pants. Another one, early 20s, white shirt, blue pants. Third one, checkered shirt, blue pants. Another one, white shirt. Another one, short-sleeved shirt and shorts.
