Informant is towing vehicle, owner being hostile and stated she is going to have someone come and harm him. Arguing heard on the open line, DP tried jumping into her vehicle to drive it away. DP opened informant's tow truck door and tried to get in. Female, Hispanic, 20s, tattoos on neck and back of legs, tag 228.
