Engine 2 going to a miscellaneous fire, 2750 Southeast 39th Loop. This will be in the parking lot. Looks like there is a shirtless male putting a fire out with a fire extinguisher. Coddler had previous, they heard a loud boom. It appears smaller than the vehicle. Unknown what's on fire. There is a police call, but they're not en route yet. No further.
