C-29, C-27 for a 10-57 just occurred. 1423 Ingleside, off Harford Avenue and Charles Street. 142-year Ingleside. A black Mercedes four-door hit the neighbor's tree, then hit the complainant's vehicle when it was fleeing. I don't have a direction yet, I'll let you know. It went towards 70.
