10-4, have a disturbance, 6000 Baltimore National Park at the Home Depot. Caller said that subject has complained and blocked in, refusing to move the vehicle. Also have a suspicious vehicle that came in, 18 Shipway Avenue. And the person is advising there's a suspicious vehicle in front of the location, East Maryland Plate and the vehicle description.
