Units, respond to 13303 Milan Avenue, 13303 Milan Avenue for an attempted stolen vehicle, 26. Caller advised that someone just tried to steal her silver Kia, advised that a blue Kia pulled up and a dark-skinned guy wearing black pants and a gray hoodie hopped out of the passenger side and tried to steal her car. She advised this is the second time that that blue Kia has been on her street.
