Engine 1 with AMR, it's going to be a medical aid. PD's also going to be en route at Wells Fargo Bank at 3750 University. 3750, cross of Main. Going to be reference a subject at the bus stop to the front of the bank was pepper sprayed by the subject. Unknown direction of travel. It is GOA. Victim's going to be a white male, no shirt and gray pants.
