Caller says there's a male Black sitting in a black Jeep Compass, pointing a handgun out the window toward passing vehicles. Sitting across from the liquor store on Roosevelt. He's a heavyset. License plate's 12076 Boy Henry, Illinois plate. It's a valid plate. It's in the box, er, in the ticket. 10-4.
