620, if you could start for the juvenile problem at 1710 North Cove Boulevard. Male caller, Moe, states a juvenile by the name of Joseph Kyle is causing issues with staff and other kids in the group home. It's an ongoing issue. Suspect's a white male, wearing blue jeans, blue shirt, a purple book bag. Last seen taking off towards Monroe Street. He is known to carry a pocketknife. 1710 North Cove Boulevard, 620. Lexington and Delaware.
