5 Ocean Boulevard. Caller is the manager over at the hotel. Stated that he witnessed one car hit another car. The original car drove off, but the car that was hit is still in the parking lot. They do not know the owner of the vehicle that is in the parking lot, but they are staying at the hotel. Stated everything was reported. Copy. Is there a vehicle description of the car that took off?
