Code 5. Received. Could you head down to 97 and Beaver Street? We had Tony calling. He's looking at the gate of the field there. Apparently, him and some other people that were attending a game on the field noticed a male nearby, manhandling a dog. Dog sounded like it was in distress. Call's been holding almost an hour. We tried to call back a few minutes ago and the person's not answering now.
