34, we got a code 2 traffic hazard at St. Clair and Coy, at St. Clair and Coy. Caller states, caller was a passerby-er, says that it's some juveniles in a blue Hyundai, a red Kia, and a gray truck. They're circling the area, driving erratic. Said it's happening between Coy and East 152nd. Says the blue Honda has fresh crash damage in the rear end. And the caller thinks that all vehicles are possibly stolen and there's no plate on the Honda. CAD is 9535, 9535. Alright, 82.
