Can you go to this disturbance for me? 2221 South Lowndale, 2221 South Lowndale. Caller states four male Hispanics are loitering and drinking alcohol at an abandoned location. No one's supposed to be there. Request they be removed. No weapons seen, no further. And it's coming in as anonymous.
