Check. 143 and 142, armed party, 2269 Theta, Marquell O'Neill. The complainant, he was involved with his mother, female Black, Valencia O'Neill, wearing a gray and black house dress. He was armed with a gun, possibly intoxicated and refusing to allow him to retrieve his belongings from the residence. We also received a call from Valencia O'Neill asking for officers to stand by while her son retrieved his belongings. 2269 Theta, 143.
